By downloading, installing, accessing, or using Baseboards, you agree to these Terms of Service.

Use of the app

• You may use Baseboards for your personal, non-commercial household organization and record-keeping purposes.
• You agree not to misuse the app, interfere with its operation, or attempt to access parts of the app or related systems in unauthorized ways.

App Store purchases

• Baseboards Pro features are offered through Apple's App Store purchase flow.
• Pricing, regional availability, billing, refunds, and Family Sharing eligibility are governed by Apple and the product configuration shown in the App Store at the time of purchase.
• If there is a conflict between these terms and Apple's purchase or license terms, Apple's applicable App Store terms control for the purchase transaction.

Privacy and data

• Your use of Baseboards is also subject to the Baseboards Privacy Policy.
• Baseboards is designed around local-first storage, optional Apple-managed iCloud sync, and Apple-managed CloudKit collaboration.

Disclaimers

• Baseboards is provided on an as-is and as-available basis to the fullest extent permitted by law.
• We do not guarantee that the app will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every device, account state, or network condition.

Limitation of liability

• To the fullest extent permitted by law, Artificial Pixel will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Baseboards.
• If liability cannot be excluded, it will be limited to the greatest extent permitted by applicable law.

Changes

• We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will be posted on this page with an updated last-updated date.
